Your Role in VT Markets
We are looking for TA specialist to take on the challenge for the 360 degree of recruitment management. You will be working closely with the direct hiring manager, manage candidate experience throughout the interview process as well as managing all offer negotiation and closure.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Minimum 1 year of managing/leading a team of recruiters.
Prior experience hiring within the CFD industry
Act as a true business partner, providing hiring managers with market insights and real-world talent perspectives
Proven ability to deliver results while maintaining a consultative approach to recruitment.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and talent mapping to identify top talent in the market.
Manage a team of 4-5 recruiters across different regions and markets.
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and availability of key skills, ensuring proactive candidate pipelines.
Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
