Job Description

Lead, Talent Attraction & Integration

The successful candidate will lead the Talent Attraction & Integration team to deliver an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience throughout the hire-to-integrate journey, while reinforcing the organisation's employer brand and workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Attraction & Integration Strategy

· Establish an efficient, high-volume talent acquisition and onboarding service, while ensuring processes are compliant, digitally enabled and aligned with corporate standards.

· Manage workforce growth plans, talent attraction initiatives and sourcing strategies in partnership with Corporate HR and Business Units to address staffing gaps.

· Provide advisory on hiring priorities, market insights, and candidate experience improvements.

Oversee End-to-End Hire-to-Integrate Operations

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and corporate induction activities, ensuring alignment with Head Office service quality standards and compliance to government regulations.

· Drive data-led performance management across the hire-to-integrate lifecycle using hiring dashboards, track hiring fulfilment against workforce plans and key metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, onboarding cycle time, day-one readiness, etc.)

· Oversee and enforce statutory and regulatory checkpoints for hiring such as documentation validation, licensing, eligibility verification and other internal policy and audit compliance.

Employee Experience & Culture Integration

· Ensure recruitment and onboarding practices consistently reflectthe corporate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in local context, through consistent candidate and employee experiences.

· Design and implement an induction and assimilation programme for the Shared Services workforce, aligned with corporate onboarding and culture principles.

· Oversee and continuously improve hiring and engagement activities, including monthly engagement sessions, tracking effectiveness through feedback and participation metrics.

Developing Team Capability and Performance

· Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruitment and onboarding specialists to deliver an engaging and excellent service.

· Foster engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and capability building to support future growth and transformation.

Champion Process & Technology Optimisation

· Identify process gaps and efficiency opportunities and collaborate with the HR Technology CoE on automation and digital enablement initiatives.

· Provide guidance for HR systems design to enhance talent processes and user experience.

· Ensuring data integrity, risks mitigation and governance across hiring and integration activities.

Requirements

· Possess a University Bachelor's Degree, with 9-12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in agency or within a centralised/shared services or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, with at least 3 years in a team management role.

· Extensive knowledge in end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including high-volume and multi-segment hiring across operational and corporate roles.

· Prior experience working in highly regulated or high-volume environments (e.g., Aviation, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.) preferred, where compliance with licensing and regulatory deadlines is critical.

· Proven track record in managing and optimising end-to-end recruitment operations, onboarding and induction processes, with strong experience in process design, optimisation and automation.

· Strong working knowledge of HR systems and technology-enabled recruitment/onboarding and sourcing tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, HireVue, SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn Recruiter) and an active adopter of digital and GenAI tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

· Experience in designing, implementing, or governing employee induction or assimilation programs.

· Excellent stakeholder management capability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced operational settings.

· Familiarity with employment laws in Singapore and Malaysia.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
