We're looking for a LeadVideographer & Video Editor who is not only creative behind the camera and in the editing suite, but also ready to lead a growing video team. Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Creative

  • Produce quality videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms.
  • Plan, shoot and edit promotional videos, corporate videos, interviews, events and social media content.
  • Work closely with the existing videographer/editor to plan shoots, develop storyboards, discuss video flow, creative direction and editing approaches.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Content Strategy and Client Servicing teams to transform campaign ideas into engaging visual content.
  • Ensure all video deliverables align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and platform best practices.
  • Handle the complete post-production workflow including editing, colour correction, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics and final exports.
  • Maintain and organise video assets, project files and production equipment.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage the Video Production team while remaining actively involved in production work.
  • Plan workloads, prioritise projects and ensure deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Mentor, coach and train junior videographers and editors to continuously improve technical and creative skills.
  • Review team outputs and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and accountable team culture.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and development of future video team members.
  • Work closely with management to improve production workflows, processes and efficiency.
  • Manage internal stakeholder and client expectations by providing realistic timelines and effective communication throughout projects.
  • Take ownership of project planning, resource allocation and problem-solving to ensure smooth production from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in videography and video editing, with prior experience leading or mentoring a team preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media or digital marketing video production.
  • Proficient in camera operation, lighting, audio recording and production techniques.
  • Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent software. (not all but any)
  • Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition and motion graphics.
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video formats.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude with strong leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Possess your own transport and a valid driving licence.
  • Willing to travel within the Klang Valley and occasionally outside the Klang Valley for production assignments.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required for production or event coverage (replacement leave will be provided).
