Job Description:
The Leads Qualification Specialist will be a critical, hands-on execution role responsible for the initial stage of the sales pipeline. This role focuses heavily on in-depth lead discovery, strategic qualification, and creating high-quality, deeply researched sales opportunities. The LQS will primarily execute outbound campaigns follow-ups and manage the conversion of marketing leads for Cloud Ace's suite of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Execution
Marketing Lead Management: Own the timely and strategic follow-up for all leads generated through Cloud Ace:
a. Event Follow-up: Rapidly engage and qualify leads generated from webinars, trade shows, and other Cloud Ace events, focusing on understanding the prospect's specific interests and business needs before committing to a meeting.
b. EDM/Content Funnel Nurturing: Follow up on prospects showing engagement with Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns and downloadable content, transforming passive interest into active sales opportunities through consultative, needs-based conversations.
CRM Data Integrity: Accurately log all sales activities, detailed prospect interactions, and key qualifying data, including discovery insights, to ensure precise pipeline tracking and strategic reporting.
