As we continue to expand, we need a passionate Lean Deployment Executive to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Promote and facilitate company-wide operation system & process improvement aligned with LEAN methodology principles
- Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying the key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans to meet the Lean Operation strategy
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Lean culture in the company
- Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects and to deliver project objectives within the timeline and budget
- Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve company MIG on lead time improvement & continuous growth target
Qualifications
- Degree in Technology Operation/ Business Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/ Information Technology Management/ Operation Management/ Data Science or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Lean Concepts and familiarity with Lean Tools
- Equipped with knowledge of ERP system processes
- Demonstrated experience in leading project teams to meet project deadlines
- Preferable with 1-3 years related working experience.
