About the Role

As a Lean Master, you will lead business process transformation initiatives across different departments and countries by simplifying workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, redesign processes, implement sustainable solutions, and build a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

What You Will Do

1. End-to-End Business Process Review & Redesign

• Review existing business processes across departments to understand the complete workflow, dependencies, pain points, and root causes.
• Identify process fragmentation, duplicated efforts, unnecessary approval layers, manual work, and system limitations.
• Challenge current practices and redesign processes based on business needs rather than existing departmental habits.
• Develop standardized and scalable solutions that solve root problems instead of creating temporary workarounds.
• Establish future-state processes that improve speed, quality, accountability, and customer experience.

2. Business Process Architecture & Solution Design

• Act as the bridge between business teams, technology teams, and management to define the best overall solution.
• Evaluate improvement requests holistically to ensure changes align with the overall business process framework.
• Prevent isolated workflow changes that create complexity or downstream issues for other teams.
• Design integrated solutions covering people, process, system, and governance.
• Drive process harmonization and best practice sharing across departments and countries.

3. Lean Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to simplify processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Lead root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to redesign workflows and improve collaboration.
• Establish process standards, performance indicators, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

4. Change Management & Implementation

• Lead implementation of redesigned processes together with business stakeholders.
• Drive user adoption by communicating the purpose, benefits, and impact of process changes.
• Support leaders and teams in transitioning from current ways of working to improved future-state processes.
• Monitor improvement effectiveness and continuously refine solutions.

What We Are Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related disciplines.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred.

- Experience in business process transformation, operational excellence, business consulting, or process improvement roles.

- Strong ability to analyze complex business workflows and design practical solutions.

- Experience redesigning cross-functional processes involving multiple stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of Lean principles, process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management.

- Ability to challenge existing practices and influence stakeholders professionally.

- Strong business acumen with ability to balance process efficiency, user needs, and organizational goals.

- Experience with ERP, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
