Learning Administrator (SAP SuccessFactors LMS)

Responsibilities:
- Create and own global guidelines and processes to support the organisation's learning framework
- Align new learning needs and processes with current LMS system capabilities
- Train Business Unit (BU) Learning Admins on system functionalities
- Drive and manage a global Learning Admin community (knowledge sharing, updates, collaboration)
- Generate and submit reports on training activities and outcomes
- Handle operational tasks such as:
- Booking and setting up training venues/classrooms
- Uploading learning content into LMS
- Managing enrolments (including mass enrolments)
- Managing learning assignments and course allocations
- Sending reminders to participants
- Managing employee certifications
Requirements:
- Background in HR or business-related field
- Strong passion for learning, competency development, and modern learning approaches
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and overall SuccessFactors landscape
- Proactive and structured mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to drive global learning communities with effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
