Ansell is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia!

In this position, you will be responsible to work as part of a global Learning & Development team based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia collaborating with stakeholders across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. You will partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, subject matter experts, and external providers to design and deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences across various formats, including digital, virtual, classroom, and blended learning.

You will lead and contribute to global development initiatives, while addressing the development needs of professional staff. With a strong global mindset and focus on manufacturing stakeholders, you will help drive consistency, quality, and relevance across all development programs.

What your role will be

  • Design and deliver learning & development solutions that support business priorities and future capability needs.
  • Manage key development programs, including onboarding, manager development, and transversal skills training.
  • Adapt global learning initiatives to regional and functional needs while ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Ensure and take the lead on learning & development solutions connected to broader talent practices such as succession planning, talent segmentation, and senior leader development.
  • Establishing L&D network inside Global Operations to leverage experiences, sharing best practices as well ensuring consistency & alignment.
  • Promote learning opportunities and drive learner engagement for the assigned function & region.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in learning technologies, instructional design, and adult learning to continuously evolve L&D practices and improve impact.
  • Enhance learning impact measurements and reporting (L&D dashboard).
  • Manage external providers, contracts, and budget to deliver effective, cost-conscious solutions for assigned area.
  • Ensure L&D activities meet relevant regional regulatory and industry requirements.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or another business-facing role where you have built strong stakeholder partnerships.
  • Experience in designing and delivering learning in blended formats, including digital, virtual, classroom, and workshop-based solutions.
  • A track record of collaboration across different regions, cultures, or business environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into clear, practical learning & development actions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to flexibly respond to changing business needs and comfort with navigating through areas of ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in planning, executing, and evaluating large-scale L&D projects that span multiple regions, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
  • Critically thinking to distinguish between learning and non-learning needs, engaging appropriate partners in each case.
  • Experience with learning technologies, LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning platforms, AI and other emerging trends in learning technology.
  • A collaborative, agile, and proactive way of working, with strong communication and influencing skills.
