Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Instructional Designer where you will drive breakthrough learning solutions that challenge industry boundaries and deliver measurable impact for high-profile clients

Mission Critical Responsibilities

  1. Research & Strategic Analysis: Execute comprehensive market intelligence and competitive analysis to uncover breakthrough opportunities. Decode complex business challenges and transform insights into high-impact learning solutions that outperform traditional approaches
  2. Innovation Leadership: Champion the design and development of game-changing learning solutions that disrupt conventional training methods. Develop strategic frameworks that exceed client expectations and market standards
  3. Implementation Excellence: Lead high-stakes client implementations across diverse organizational environments. Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and deliver measurable results that amplify business performance
  4. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize product performance using data-driven methodologies. Track KPIs, identify enhancement opportunities, and accelerate solution effectiveness to maximize ROI

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Professional in the corporate sector
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the consultancy or education sector is a plus
