Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Min 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training from F&B industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven expertise in training design, module development, and training tools.
  • Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency mapping to tailor learning solutions.
  • Good understanding of F&B business operations and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create clear, engaging training decks and materials.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to design, develop, and continuously improve training curricula, learning modules, and programs that align with company strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and competencies across departments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful implementation of learning programs, including onboarding sessions and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops to empower internal trainers.
  • Deliver selected training sessions and provide support during learning rollouts across various operational units.
  • Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using feedback and performance data, driving continuous improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, data analysis, and actionable recommendations on training outcomes for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development to drive innovation and enhance employee development initiatives.
