Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Min 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training from F&B industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven expertise in training design, module development, and training tools.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency mapping to tailor learning solutions.
- Good understanding of F&B business operations and business processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating across departments.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create clear, engaging training decks and materials.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to design, develop, and continuously improve training curricula, learning modules, and programs that align with company strategies and objectives.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and competencies across departments.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful implementation of learning programs, including onboarding sessions and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshops to empower internal trainers.
- Deliver selected training sessions and provide support during learning rollouts across various operational units.
- Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using feedback and performance data, driving continuous improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports, data analysis, and actionable recommendations on training outcomes for management review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution and high-quality delivery.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development to drive innovation and enhance employee development initiatives.
