Your new role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that drive employee growth, leadership development, and organizational capability across our financial services business. This role will play a critical part in shaping a culture of continuous learning and
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business goals and talent priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning solutions.
Program Design & Delivery
- Lead the development of leadership, technical, and compliance training programs.
- Oversee the creation of blended learning solutions including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure programs are inclusive, scalable, and measurable
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, department heads, and external vendors to deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units on learning needs and talent development.
Technology & Innovation
- Leverage learning technologies (LMS, digital platforms, AI tools) to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative practices into the L&D strategy.
Measurement & Evaluation
- Define KPIs and metrics to assess learning effectiveness and ROI.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback, performance data, and business outcomes.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Strong track recrod in driving L&D strategy and initiatives with people management capability.
- Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies.
- Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and data analytics tools.
