About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Learning transformation initiative within Group Human Resources. This role will drive the successful delivery of enterprise learning projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strong governance, effective stakeholder management, and high-quality project execution.
You will work closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Technology, business stakeholders, and external consultants to implement and enhance learning solutions, with exposure to Workday Learning or other enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) being highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Learning and HR transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, HR Technology, Learning COE, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Drive project governance by facilitating Steering Committee (SteerCo), Design Authority, and project status meetings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans to minimise delivery impact.
- Oversee consultant deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare executive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, quality standards, and organisational policies.
- Support change management and business readiness activities to ensure successful project adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of project management experience, preferably within HR, HR Technology, HRIS, or organisational transformation.
- Experience delivering HR transformation or Learning Management System (LMS) implementation projects.
- Exposure to Workday Learning or other enterprise learning platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
