Leasing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Sign up new sites to maximum retail touch point.
• Lease out additional space and sign up new sub-tenant to maximum rental income.
• Plan and identify geographical location for new real estate property expansion.
• Source and engage external party for site proposals.
• Conduct market survey, on site visit, proposal negotiations, presentation and approvals.
• Review and follow up on Lease documents for landlord and tenant.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification

• Diploma & above
• Any Property/Real Estate/Leasing Certificates

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Property/Real Estate/Retail Leasing industry

Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Possess own transport as require to travel frequently
