About The Job
- Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall's positioning and target customer base.
- Handle lease renewals, renegotiations, and tenancy-related documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Conduct market analysis on current retail trends and perform competitor benchmarking
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth lease execution and handovers.
- Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate tenant records.
- Assist in tenant fit-out coordination and ensure compliance with mall SOP and guidelines.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support tenant success and drive footfall.
- Provide input on tenant mix strategy to enhance overall mall performance.
- Assist in the preparation of leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense tracking.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in mall/retail leasing or commercial property
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in a shopping mall environment is a plus
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
