Leasing Manager

We're hiring a Leasing Manager to lead Kulim Central & Central Square. This role owns leasing performance — driving occupancy, revenue, and tenant mix. This position will lead strategy, close deals, and position both malls competitively in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing strategy and maximize rental income
• Achieve occupancy and revenue targets
• Source and secure strong retail brands
• Lead lease negotiations and deal structuring
• Monitor tenant performance and optimize RM/sqft
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings
• Lead and develop the leasing team

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years in mall / retail leasing
• Strong track record in closing deals & driving revenue
• Good understanding of Malaysia retail market
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Business, Property, Real Estate or related field
