Job Description

The Manager, Leasing/Assistant Manager, Leasing is responsible for supporting the company's outlet expansion through effective leasing management, site acquisition, and negotiation of commercial spaces. This role ensures strategic location selection, cost-effective lease agreements, and strong relationships with landlords and property stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate (F&B/retail industry preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of tenancy agreements and commercial leasing practices
  • Ability to conduct market research and feasibility analysis
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to travel for site visits and negotiations
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new outlets based on market potential and business requirements
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and market analysis for expansion opportunities
  • Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements with landlords and property agents
  • Manage end-to-end leasing process including documentation, approvals, and tenancy execution
  • Maintain and update a database of potential and existing outlet locations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, shopping mall management, and property agents
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Expansion) for lease approvals and outlet setup
  • Monitor lease renewals, rental escalations, and tenancy compliance
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support budgeting and cost analysis for rental and occupancy expenses
  • Provide regular reports and updates on leasing pipeline and expansion progress
