Responsibilities
- Deliver Mechatronics and Related Programmes:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions related to Mechatronics and other relevant programs.
- Develop instructional materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessment tools, to facilitate effective learning.
- Academic Support:
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, including one-on-one consultations, mentoring, and assistance with coursework.
- Identify and address students academic challenges and recommend appropriate interventions or resources.
- Curriculum Review and Accreditation:
- Collaborate with the academic department to review and enhance the curriculum for Mechatronics programs.
- Participate in the accreditation process, ensuring program compliance with relevant standards and quality assurance guidelines
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience working in a higher education environment including effective use of IT technologies in the facilitation of teaching and learning.
- Preferable with working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Able to teach Technical Drawing, Robotics and Automation-related subjects.
- Pleasant and mature personality with a good command of the English Language.
- Digitally literate and able to teach courses online.
