Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Lecturer (Psychology/Clinical Psychology) role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing and grading assignments, developing course materials, and conducting research in their field of expertise. The Lecturer will also mentor students, participate in academic advising, and contribute to the academic community through research publications and conference presentations. Additional duties include participation in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and continuous improvement of teaching techniques and course content.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in delivering lectures and developing course materials
• Experience in academic research and publications
• Ability to mentor and advise students effectively
• Skills in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ph.D. or Master&aposs degree in relevant field
• Previous teaching experience in higher education is preferred
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
• Registered with MAHPC
• Has minimum 4 years clinical experience
