How will you make an impact in this role

As part of the Global Litigation and Investigations Team, the Legal Analyst - Team Leader will lead a team of Legal Operations Specialists and provide dedicated operations support to the Global Legal Order Processing Center of Excellence.

Job Description:

  • Lead, coach, and manage assigned Legal Operations Specialists

  • Drive productivity, quality, timeliness, and SLA adherence

  • Conduct quality checks and provide structured, actionable feedback

  • Support onboarding, training, and continuous development

  • Escalate complex legal matters appropriately to Legal Advisory

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and applicable global laws and internal procedures

  • Partner with Legal Advisory and key stakeholders to identify delivery gaps and solutions

  • Own and manage SRU-wide projects and initiatives, including end-to-end delivery tracking

  • Act as a PMO focal point for special litigation projects

  • Support the design and build of operational dashboards

  • Review data collection, curation, analysis, and trend identification to support leadership decision-making

  • Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop structured training materials, schedules, and execution plans for SRU

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Law degree or other degree and 2-3 years operations experience

  • Strong people management skills such as coaching, communication and performance management

  • Able to demonstrate strong colleague centric understanding and build strong relationships with others on a global team

  • Able to deliver results in accordance with business goals and objectives

  • Sense of urgency, ability to discern critical matters

  • Strong computer skills with Advanced MS Suite proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation where feasible)

  • Able to work independently and a team player

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with executive-level reporting skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail, able to analyze and problem solve

  • Able to quickly train on, navigate, and extract information from a variety of databases and information platforms

  • Able to work productively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Demonstrated experience in project management/PMO-type work

  • Ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution

  • Comfortable operating as both a people leader and hands-on contributor in a fast-paced environment
