Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate, based in Georgetown and Simpang Ampat. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, analyzing legal issues and providing legal advice. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations while representing the firm's clients best interests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of Legal Issues
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and related administrative tasks
• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret and apply complex legal frameworks
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and oral
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification
• Admitted to practice law or eligibility to be admitted to the bar in Malaysia
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in a legal firm or similar environment is an advantage
