Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and analysis, addressing a variety of legal matters, and offering professional advice to clients. The role also involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of Legal Issues
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with legal procedures
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret complex legal information
- Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification
- Admittance to the Malaysian Bar is required
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to ethical legal practices
