As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for a Legal Associate to join our Malaysia Office, located in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
MISSION:
- Ensure compliance of legal entities with laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;
- Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
- Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
- Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;
- Conduct research in the business unit's specialist field;
- Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.
PROFILE:
- Law degree;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin);
- Ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law;
- Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
- Good oral communication skills;
- Sense of service and team spirit.
Renumeration offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the candidate.
