What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience from a reputable medium or large law firm, with experience in M&A and drafting, reviewing, vetting and preparing a broad range of corporate and commercial contracts
• An individual with a keen interest and passion for corporate law
• A highly proficient command of both English and Malay languages
• A strong academic background in law, with a Second Upper Class Honours LLB degree or higher
• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, but also works effectively within a team framework
• An energetic and driven individual eager to learn and broaden their knowledge base
