Job Descriptions:
- Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
- Candidates must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to excel in a team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB)
- M&A with minimum 1-5 years of experiences in the respective fields.
- Candidates must be able to work independently with high motivation
- Candidates must be dedicated and good personality
- Candidate must have a positive, responsible, committed, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, work well in a team environment and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned.
