Legal & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents
• Provide legal and compliance advisory support to management and business units
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies
• Develop and improve governance, compliance and risk management frameworks
• Liaise with external legal counsel, consultants and regulators
• Support senior management on corporate, operational and strategic matters
• Coordinate corporate documentation, meetings and confidential matters

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal, compliance, governance or risk management
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and regulatory compliance
• Good commercial awareness, analytical and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage confidential matters professionally
• Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage due to business communication requirements
