Are you a lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of law, technology, and business This is an opportunity to join the in-house legal team of a high-growth, market-leading platform company operating at scale across Malaysia and the region.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to support fast-moving commercial and product initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Draft, review, and enhance a wide range of commercial agreements
• Advise on competition, litigation, regulatory, and product-related matters
• Conduct legal analysis for new product and business initiatives
• Work directly with senior leadership and regional legal counterparts
• Stay ahead of legal and compliance developments impacting the business
• Support ad-hoc legal projects and strategic initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• You'll thrive in this role if you:
• Are 56 years PQE and Bar-qualified (Malaysia or England & Wales)
• Trained in a reputable law firm, with in-house experience preferred
• Have strong exposure to commercial contracts, competition law, litigation, or fintech/e-money
• Communicate confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, business-driven environment

Location: Damansara

Contract: 12 months

Monthly Pay: Market-aligned (flexible for strong profiles)
