Qualification & Requirements:
- Law bachelor's degree; MY Advocate & Solicitor (mandatory).
- Preferred: New company setup or startup legal support experience.
- 7+ years legal experience; MNC experience a plus.
- Proficient in MY commercial/labor laws; skilled in contract drafting, review and dispute resolution.
- Strong legal research & analytical abilities; practical problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Chinese & English (working languages) for legal docs and group communication.
- Fluent in Malay for local authority and legal partner communication.
- Excellent communication, proactive attitude, strong responsibility and stress tolerance.
