You will be part of a dynamic legal team providing support and solutions to the Business and operational teams including drafting and/or review of documentation, providing advisory and guidance from legal perspective in relation to matters which are business-as-usual (BAU) and non-BAU matters undertaken by the Etiqa Group of Companies (including Etiqa International Holdings Berhad (EIH) and its subsidiaries).
Job Description
You will provide advisory and support in relation to legal matters/ issues to ensure that legal requirements are met and/or compliance with law.
You will review, drafting and/or preparation of documentation required by the company/ internal stakeholder for business needs including analyzing and examining fact related to the transactions.
You will provide guidance to internal stakeholders to negotiate and/or conclude terms from legal perspective including liaison with relevant external appointed legal advisor(s)/ law firm(s).
You will conduct the necessary required legal researches on different laws, regulations, guidelines etc. as and when such need arise.
Job Requirement
You must possess a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons.)
Having prior admission to the Malaysian Bar would be an advantage
You must have at least 3-5 years working experience in legal practice
You must have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to enable further success.
