Overall group's contracts management and administration, with a focus on India matters
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and providing advice on various commercial agreements for standard and non-standard transactions (especially manufacturing-related contracts)
Advising on all legal aspects relevant to the organisation's businesses and providing day-to-day legal support on operational matters, including advising to internal stakeholders such as business development team, finance, human resources, supply chain and etc.
Supporting the implementation of group-wide legal compliance
Conducting and organizing legal training to relevant internal business teams
Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, legally qualified in Singapore or Commonwealth jurisdicions
1 to 5 years of PQE preferably with established law firm or corporate in-house legal environment
Effective communicator and possess a commercially savvy approach to legal matters
Ability to work independently and reliably under time pressure and on multiple tasks, cooperative and team oriented working style
Deep sense of responsibility, ownership & proactive
Experience in contract manufacturing industry would be advantage
