About The Job
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide strategic legal advice on operational and regulatory matters to management.
- Liaise with external legal advisors on corporate transactions, litigation, arbitration, and compliance investigations.
- Support high-value tender processes and corporate decision-making activities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
About The Requirements
- LLB or equivalent legal qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, or construction-related sectors.
