Job Description

Skyro is a rapidly expanding fintech company serving millions of customers in the Philippines through our lending business. Our mission is to evolve into a full-fledged financial ecosystem, delivering cutting-edge solutions that make financial services more accessible, efficient, and secure for everyone.

What you will do:

Product Law:

  • Provide legal support for the development, launch, and growth of fintech products (lending, credit line, investment products).
  • Analyze product features to ensure compliance with financial services regulations and consumer protection laws.
  • Draft and review product documentation, including user agreements, offers, licensing agreements, and policies.
  • Adapt products to meet law requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, development, compliance, marketing) on legal matters.
  • Support product updates due to regulatory changes and internal initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of internal legal and regulatory processes.

Corporate Law:

  • Assist with a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions, group structuring, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of corporate and transactional documents, including articles of association, shareholder agreements, board minutes, SPAs.
  • Ensure corporate compliance and adherence to internal policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and regulators on corporate matters.
  • Provide practical legal advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams on corporate initiatives

What you should have:

  • Law degree from a recognized university, a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least years of overall legal experience, including a minimum of 2 years in fintech, banking, or microfinance.
  • Written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
  • Understanding of credit product regulation, financial services law, and corporate law.
  • Ability to work under uncertainty and adapt to rapidly changing requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with non-legal teams, business-oriented mindset.
  • Attention to detail, independence, and systematic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with international markets and multiple jurisdictions.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and professional experience in the Asian region.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or scalable products
