About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Legal Counsel to join our regional legal team at iZeno. You will support contract reviews, negotiations, and compliance activities across five countries. This role is for someone with around three to five years of experience who wants to grow in a regional in-house legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor and software agreements.
• Provide practical legal support and advice to management and business teams.
• Review tender and bid documents to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in corporate secretarial, insurance, and business licenses matters across the Group.
• Support data protection and information security compliance initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Around 3-4 years of experience in legal practice or as in-house counsel handling corporate or commercial matters.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to review or negotiate contracts in Malay or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Business-minded, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in data protection or cybersecurity is an advantage.
