Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and managing conveyancing tasks. The role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, conducting legal research, and supporting various departments with legal matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognised university.
23 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or intellectual property law.
Strong understanding of contract law and IP, particularly in areas involving licensing, digital content, or talent management.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently.
A collaborative team player with curiosity about the media, entertainment, and digital industries.
