Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive, based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Legal Executive will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, representing the company in legal matters, and providing legal advice to support business activities. Additional responsibilities include managing contracts, preparing reports, and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation and contracts
• Sound understanding of corporate law, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for legal correspondence and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a legal practicing certificate is an advantage
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar industry is preferred
• High attention to detail and strong ethical judgment
