Legal Intern
Looking for a law student or fresh graduate to fill a minimum of 3-6 months internship with ADA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contract Management Improvement: Actively involved in contracting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management procedures and policies.
- Contract Preparation: Assist our legal counsel in preparing draft contracts, NDAs, amendments, and addendums based on established templates and guidelines.
- Contract Database: Input contact details and relevant information into the ADA contract management database.
- Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth contracting flow.
Skills:
- Pursuing a degree in law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially in English) and computer savvy.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and willingness to take up new challenges and to learn in a corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
