Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Intern at the Leon & Partners office in Klang. The Legal Intern will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, analyzing case laws, and providing general support to legal teams. Additional responsibilities include organizing case files, attending client meetings, and supporting the preparation of legal strategies and presentations. Applicants will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and professional environment, collaborating closely with experienced attorneys on diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Analysis of Case Law, and Drafting Legal Documents
• Proficiency in Legal Writing and the use of legal databases
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for collaboration with legal teams and clients
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills to maintain case documents and deadlines
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking under tight deadlines
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Malaysian legal systems and regulations is an advantage
• Passion for legal work and a proactive attitude
• Own Transport
