Role Purpose -
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate and commercial legal work within a dynamic and fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities we entrust you with -
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory matters.
- Support the updating of internal policies and procedures.
- Help organize and maintain the company's legal documentation and contract database.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
What matters in this role -
- Final-year law student or graduate with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
