Role Description

• Handle a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Draft and review pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and case managements
• Work closely with senior lawyers and gain mentorship in advocacy and practice development
• Engage with international clients and contribute to cross-border matters through Yingke's global network

Qualifications

• Hands-on trial experience with familiarity in court procedures and legal proceedings
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
