Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

Execution & Support:

Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.

Assist in drafting and implementing legal messaging for external communications under supervision.

Routine Content Review:

Perform legal review of routine press releases, social media posts, and other public-facing materials for compliance with advertising, data security, and other regulations.

Monitoring & Drafting Support:

Monitor public sentiment for potential compliance risks and help maintain response protocols.

Draft and review standard commercial contracts and legal documents.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Laws or above; must hold or be pursuing a valid legal professional qualification.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant legal experience (in-house or law firm). Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or communications-related work is a strong advantage.

Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills. Good attention to detail in drafting. Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.

Preferred: Interest or basic understanding of highly regulated industries. Good written communication skills in English.
