Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer, located in Seri Kembangan. The Legal Officer will be responsible for handling business law matters, providing legal consulting services, preparing legal documents, and managing contract law issues. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on legal principles, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Law and Contract Law
- Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong understanding of Law principles and practices
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
