Legal Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support our legal team in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our firm's daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers in conveyancing and corporate matters.

2) Prepare, format, and manage legal documents with a high level of accuracy.

3) Handle correspondence, filings, and document management.

4) Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines

Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-ups on ongoing matters.

Requirements:

1) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in conveyancing and corporate practice

Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

2) Excellent typing, drafting, and document formatting skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.

3) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

4) Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
