Role Description
- Review and proofread legal transcripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, formatting, and completeness.
- Verify speaker identification, legal terminology, and contextual accuracy across transcripts and recordings.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organization of legal and non-legal documents.
- Support transcription, translation, and document review workflows across various projects.
- Conduct quality assurance checks before deliverables are submitted to clients.
- Ensure assigned tasks and projects are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal materials and information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
- Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) / Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).
- Excellent command of both Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong proofreading abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, court proceedings, and litigation-related documents.
- Competent listening, typing, and document review skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal document formatting.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in litigation support, transcription, or document review is an advantage.
