We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Company Secretary to support corporate secretarial and compliance matters for a growing organization based in Shah Alam.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties
• Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and statutory documents
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2016 and SSM requirements
• Organize board meetings, AGM/EGM matters, and corporate filings
• Liaise with auditors, solicitors, bankers, regulators, and related parties
• Maintain and update statutory records and company documentation
Requirements:
• MAICSA / ICSA qualification is compulsory
• Minimum 5 years of company secretarial experience
• At least 2 years experience handling Bhd / corporate secretarial matters preferred
• Familiar with SSM filings and corporate governance practices
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail
• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management
