Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Petaling Jaya for a Life Insurance Manager. The role involves building and managing your team to achieve sales objectives, devising strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring the provision of high-quality client service. The Life Insurance Manager will also be responsible for training team members in future and developing strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Team Management, including ability to motivate team members will be advantage
• Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
• Sales expertise, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets in a competitive market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree
