Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kota Kinabalu, offering a flexible work model that includes both on-site and remote work. As a Life Planner, you will provide tailored financial planning solutions that meet clients long-term savings, protection, and investment goals. Day-to-day tasks include building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, offering insurance and financial advice, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members, manage your client portfolio, and stay up-to-date with insurance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Insurance and General Insurance
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to engage and grow client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver tailored financial solutions
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Analytical skills with a results-driven mindset to meet performance targets
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or life insurance is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Willing to Learn, Unlearn and Relearn
