Conducts instrument installation or refresher training.
Provides technical support and feedback to any problems encountered by customers.
Plan, organize and conduct courses/ seminars/ workshops/ on life sciences products for customers.
Assists sales and marketing team in conducting sales and marketing-related activities, such as product demonstrations, product validations, trade shows, user group meetings, etc.
Provides regular feedback and reports on market and competitive situations to the Sales Manager, Product Manager and Application Manager.
Maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of the users application needs.
Prepare weekly activities report to the Supervisor when required.
Comply with ISO quality management system requirement.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from the Superior from time to time.
Requirements
BS/ MS/ PhD degree in Biomedical Sciences, Cell Biology, or related life sciences area with a good understanding of proteomics and protein analysis applications.
Possess at least 6 months of working experience in the laboratory environment, preferably in a research institution or university with a solid understanding of current research methodologies and protocols.
Experience with cell culture, ELISA, Luminex, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, protein electrophoresis and molecular biology research techniques is a plus.
