Responsibilities
Responsible for developing the life science academics/industry business in Malaysia
Responsible carry out all sale activities for life science products from lead generation through closed in an assigned territory to meet the target and achieve sales goal.
Develop new business with existing clients and implement value selling to meet/exceed sales goals/objectives
Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
Provide accurate forecast and lost order reporting as well as competitive information
Monitor competitive activity and industry trends, fosters competitive solutions to meet sales goals
Collaborate with various function teams to identify and grow opportunities within territory
Leverage available resources to implement company sales effectively and marketing strategies
Maintain intensity, persistence and continually strive to increase market share
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Requirements
Skill Required:
Knowledge of products
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to read and write report
Have an analytical and innovative mind
Planning, problem solving and negotiation skills
Computer literate especially Microsoft Office
Other Attributes
Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally.
Responsible, independent and well-organized.
Qualification
Bachelor of Science, equivalent or higher; preferably in the area of Life Science or Biomedical Sciences; Minimum 1 year experience in doing research or marketing of Life Science products will be an advantage; Knowledgeable in standard scientific methods, techniques, reagents or equipment relevant to cell biology.
