- Planning: Design and approve formal Lifting Plans and HIRARC for all piling-related lifts.
- Supervision: Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of heavy piling rigs and crawler cranes.
- Compliance: Ensure all machinery has valid PMT/Certificate of Fitness (CF) and all personnel are certified.
- Inspection: Audit lifting gears (slings, shackles, chains) and maintain equipment certification logs.
- Safety Leadership: Conduct specialized Tool Box Talks and exercise Stop Work Authority for unsafe conditions
What you need to succeed
- Possess a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or relevant
- DOSH/CIDB recognized Lifting Manager/Supervisor certificate & CIDB Green Card.
- 5+ years in heavy lifting, specifically within Piling/Foundation sectors.
- Expert knowledge of load charts, ground bearing pressure, and Malaysian safety laws (FMA 1967/OSHA 1994).
- Willing to travel between KL and JB
