We are seeking a skilled Linux / Middleware Engineer to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Linux systems and middleware solutions, contributing to our innovative projects and ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based systems and middleware solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate middleware solutions into applications.
- Ensure security best practices are applied in all system configurations.
- Document system architecture, processes, and changes for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-9 years of experience in Linux system administration.
- Banking domain experience is required.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, JBoss).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
