Job Description:

Review and manage appeals related to enforcement actions and support category classification projects to improve model accuracy and decision quality.
Investigate and resolve review/rating removal requests and abusive chat reports in accordance with platform policies.
Conduct quality audits, provide coaching and feedback to agents, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Triage operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
Support category migration exercises and day-to-day operational requests from local and regional stakeholders.
Assist in identifying policy gaps, process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and scalability.
Participate in local and regional projects, process enhancement initiatives, and operational optimization efforts.
Prepare reports and provide insights on trends, risks, and operational performance to support decision-making.

Requirements:

Fast learner and a good communicator in English both verbal and written as the role involves supporting the SG market and collaborating with regional stakeholders.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues and complaints
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions proactively.
Good organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience in e-commerce related fields is an advantage
